4. You will receive an e-mail with your purchase confirmation and your order number. Remember to save it as your purchase confirmation. If you have not received it within 30 minutes of making the payment, it may have gone into your spam folder.
5. You will receive your order comfortably at home. Here you can check delivery times.
You can pay for your purchase by credit and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), Paypal and bank transfer. If your card is American Express, we recommend Paypal as a payment method.
Payments by credit or debit card will be made on-line in real time by a secure, encrypted method connected to financial institutions. At no time will tulipannegro.es host or store bank card information. Remember that you must have your debit or credit card in good standing and enabled for secure online payments, as well as the security details or passwords required by your bank. If you have any doubts about these conditions, please contact your bank.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can do it in the normal way, selecting this payment method at the end of your purchase. If you select bank transfer as payment method, please note that until we receive and check the payment, the order will not start to be prepared.

Yes, there is a minimum amount per order, this amount is 10 euros which is obtained by adding the Subtotal + VAT, shipping costs are excluded from this calculation.
A minimum order of 10 euros is required to complete the purchase process.
If the total weight of the order exceeds 6 kilos, the equivalent of approximately 12 products, and the shipment will be made to the peninsula, there will be an increase in the total amount of the order. Shipping
Yes, shipping costs vary according to destination.
For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, the cost is 3.99 euros*.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands the cost is 9.95 euros.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 40€. Except for orders to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Returns and exchanges
Product warranty in case of technical problem / product quality.
If this happens, we will take care of the whole process very easily and free of charge. Send an email to briseis@briseis.com with the order data, the lot number and a picture of what you have received, so we can solve it quickly.
Once we receive the returned products, we will check them through our quality control.

- If the quality control confirms the non-conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed. In this case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, we will reimburse you all the costs incurred, including: the amount you paid for the returned product(s) and, if applicable, the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs generated by the return. The refund will be made by the same payment method you chose at the time of placing the order.
- If no non-conformity or material manufacturing defect is detected after quality control, we will refund the price of the product, plus the initial shipping costs. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs that may arise from the return.
- The consumer and user will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, in which shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The refund will be made, provided that the products to be returned are in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box. If it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the whole pack. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed.
- We will not reimburse in the following cases:
– Damaged products due to incorrect use or negligence.
– Products not purchased on the Website.
– Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or manipulated.
- To enforce the right of return you can send an email to briseis@briseis.com with your decision of withdrawal, once we receive your request we will contact you to proceed with the next steps of the procedure.
